Our next "Millionaire Real Estate Investor Workshop," based on Gary Keller's best-seller book will be held Monday, Sept. 22nd from 6:30 - 8:30pm.  You will learn how to build personal wealth over time through investing in real estate.  This is not a "get rich quick" scheme.  It is about the steps needed to plan for your future well-being and using real estate to accomplish that goal.  Each participant will receive a complimentary copy of the book, "The Real Estate Millionaire Investor." 

Both seminars will be held at our office located at 15873 Wells Hwy in the Cole Center in Seneca.  Reservations are necessary; RSVP by calling Vicki at 885-1445.  We are located just past the Drive-Thru Pharmacy on the same side of Wells Hwy.  

A local lender will be present for each seminar to explain the criteria for qualifying for a loan in today's market.  Come prepared to learn in an informal atmosphere.  We hope to see you there.
